| PUPPY HEALTH GUARANTEE |
The Puppy Health Guarantee is in writing and is as follows:
This guarantee is between LOGANWOOD LABS, who is the Seller, and the
Buyer.
Seller: guarantees the puppy to be free of any health problems for a period of
5 days after the puppy goes to its new home. During that time the buyer
agrees to have the puppy checked by a veterinarian and have all required
vaccinations given as set forth by the seller in the health records.
Loganwood Labs works very hard to make sure that your puppy is free from
any intestinal parasites (roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms, whipworms,
coccidia, giardia, etc.), but some puppies may become infected unknowingly.
Since intestinal parasites are easily treated, there is no need to return your
puppy. Should your puppy have any health issues other than common
parasites (roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms, whipworms, coccidia,
giardia, etc.), you must contact Loganwood Labs immediately and return
the puppy*. Loganwood Labs will not be responsible for any veterinarian
charges not agreed upon prior to any treatment.
Buyer: agrees that should your puppy have a serious condition within the 5
day period but you want to
keep the puppy, we will, upon proof of condition, refund one-half of the
original purchase price of the
puppy or pay for the expenses incurred directly to the attending veterinarian,
whichever is less.
Seller: is in no way responsible for veterinarian expenses, including spaying
or neutering, diagnostic testing, travel and shipping expenses for receiving a
replacement puppy.
If the dog has been bred, transferred, or obtained any physical injury, this
guarantee is null and void.
This agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of Georgia.
